All new listings added to the system that match your criteria will be emailed to you immediately. There is no charge for this service. If you are looking for HUD homes, bank REOs, and other foreclosed properties for investment purposes or otherwise, please contact me.  These properties will seldom, if ever, be listed on this website.  I am also cataloguing a large number of homes in the northern suburbs that will not hit the MLS list for another month or more.  These too, are unlisted anywhere.
