Relty Executives (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information collected about our customers and prospective customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers," "you" or "your"). This privacy policy discloses what information we might gather, how we might use it, and how to correct or change it. It is our intention to provide an understanding about how we collect Information and the use we make of it in the course of business.

We gather two types of information about Customers: data that Customers provide through voluntary registration on our website, and data gathered through aggregated tracking (tracking page views of our website). Such information allows us to customize our content to better serve the Customers' needs and to assist advertisers in understand the demographics of our sites’ audience. Providing such aggregated data is essential to cost reduction which might otherwise have to be passed on to our Customers. COLLECTING INFORMATION:

Our website is hosted by a service partner that uses the information you provide to operate some of the custom features and services and forwards your information directly to us. The information is also used to help inform you about new listings and other products or services that we provide.

TRACKING YOUR IP ADDRESS:

Whenever a Customer requests a page from our website, the servers do temporarily log your IP address. However, when your session is logged, you will remain anonymous to us. We can and do use IP addresses to identify a Customer by IP address whenever it is necessary to enforce compliance with our terms of use, to protect the privacy of others, or to comply with lawful court orders.

COOKIE USAGE:

This can all be tracked without knowing any of your Personal Information. This is done in order to describe these demographics to prospective business partners and other third parties, and may be used for other lawful purposes.

OTHER: We may share or disclose account Information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this Information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our terms of use, or may be causing intentional or unintentional injury to or interference with our rights or property, or our other Customers. CONTROLLING USAGE OF INFORMATION:

In the event that you change your mind about information you have forwarded to us, or if some of your Personal Information has changed (such as your e-mail address), we will try to provide a way to correct, update, or remove the Personal Information that you have given us. We also grant you the opportunity to control the communications that we may direct to you. We offer Customers the opportunity to "opt out" of having Personal Information shared with parties outside of our company. You must be aware that whenever you are on our website you could be directed to other websites through a hypertext link. All such links are beyond our control. Most internet browsers offer the option to alert you to a change of domain. If yours in not configured in this manner the only indication would be the change in appearance of the web page to which you are transferred. Alternately, you can monitor the internet address displayed in your browser. These other sites may send their own cookies to your computer, collect data, or solicit Information from you. If you are uncomfortable with any third party website, may we suggest that you maneuver away from it or return to our website.

We have no control over third party websites. Therefore, we are not to be held responsible for their contents or the hyperlinks or advertising they choose to place on such web sites. Our inclusion of links to any third party website does not imply any endorsement of the material on these websites , nor do we claim any association with their operators. Our policy also disclaims all that is inherent to the operation of the Internet and your ISP, both of which are also beyond our' control.

When you provide any information online, that information can be collected and used by people you don't even know! While we strive to protect our Customers' privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you disclose online. You disclose such information strictly at your own risk.
